It’s almost a week and Adgitize is still down. I really don’t what happened to the server. I noticed a bad lag since 2 weeks ago but never suspected it’d be this bad!

Anyway, here’s the announcement made by Adgitize:

It seems that our database server is down currently (causing the login page to not work and ad views to not show). We’re doing everything in our power to move it along, unfortunately we don’t have much power over these things. We were assured it will be back up soon, admittedly we were hoping it would be up by now. Once everything is back up all current advertisers will receive a one week extension on their ad to make up for the lost time. Thank you for your continued patience and I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience!

Hopefully the server is up soon. This affected my Adgitize Recruit Contest. I’m thinking of extending the closing date for the contest. Not sure yet though. See in a couple of days.

  Adgitize is up again! Theresa is working her way through the advertisers, extending the dates of those advertisers who’s ads expired first, and then on to the rest of us.

  Please post around to get folks to put their widgets up again. Perhaps even a “PM” on a contact form would work, too.
